Remaining balance will be due the day of your party.
Cancellation Policy
One parent host must be present throughout the duration of our parties. Guests are welcome to be dropped off based off of parent’s discretion, but will then be under the sole responsibility of the parent party host. Parties are 90 minutes long. Arrival to party is 15 mins prior to the start of your parent as there are parties scheduled throughout the day. End time is also strictly at the 90 minute party duration, due to our full party schedule. Please contact us if you require more time prior to or at the end of your party. We do not provide any food or drinks to guests other than the candy goody bags at the end of the party. Please feel free to provide any food, drinks, desserts you’d like for your party. You will also need paper goods for your food. We supply table cloths, general room decor, activity and goody bags.
