When booking a party, a non refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold a date. 

There is a strict 15 minute arrival time prior to start of your party time, unless requested otherwise. Parties run back to back throughout the day, so we ask kindly that you come prepared to arrive and to finish your party on time. 

Our standard parties are 90 minutes long, but there is an option for an upgrade to 2 hours of time if preferred.

We take care of all set up and clean up of events.

We do not provide any food or beverages during your party, but welcome you to bring in your own as we have no restrictions. 

Our party room will comfortanly seat 20 children, but can accomodate more upon request.

Parents and caregivers of guests are welcome to stay during our parties, but are also welcome to drop off upon comfort level. The "host" parent and staff will always be on hand.

We provide candy goodie bags for each child during our parties. No chocolate is provided as to try to limit allergy exposure. We do our best to accomodate allergies but can not guarantee an allergy free zone, as our store carries candies that are manufactured in areas exposed to nuts, milk, egg, and food dyes. Please alert us of any alllergies you may have.

Our crafts can be messy! Specifically Slime or Tie Dye. Please come dressed appropriately to get messy. 

In the case of inclement weather, we will leave the decision up to the party parent. We will only close under severe weather that could endanger our staff or customers. If we must close, or you choose to reschedule, you will be given the option to reschedule to the next available party slot that works best for you.

We often are asked  for pizza recommendations. We recommend Southington Pizza House, which is nearby, delivers, and their hours align well with our early day parties.

You are welcome to bring in any additional decorations, balloons, candles, etc.

When booking, the balance showed online will reflect the cost of a party for 10 GUESTS. If you exceed 10 guests, your balance will increase. Final payment is to be made in person the day of your party. Your $100 deposit will be applied towards the final in person balance.
